Zend_Validate_* now translatable!
If, like me, you’ve been wanting to change the error messages returned from Zend Framework validators then you’ll be pleased to hear that this is now supported in the latest SVN release. For more information read Matthew Weier O’Phinney’s announcement on the mailing list.

Finally - how lovely! Sometimes it feels like americans and other native english speakers forgets that the world contains other languages. I’ve used some really ugly solutions with Zend_Validate until now - will be interesting to get rid of those and use something solid.

I agree. Thomas has done really great work on Zend_Locale and Zend-Translate and it’s great to see that effort leveraged in the other components.
